I like last night's Heroes the best so far--no Smallville XB and the predictable Micah-Monica bond. I've been trying to imagine a situation where Isaac's painting 8/8 could come true and NOT make Smallville look like the scum he looks like [which would be the accepted twist], but I really don't like what I came up with, either. Frankly, it's a no-win situation going the way of DL.
Requisite art, though:
If you don't recognize it, he's The Boogeyman [Maury Parkman] from really poor memory. I also started a more complex doodle, but I was struggling with self-inflicted jet lag most of the night and didn't really get as much progress on it as I'd have liked [not viewable yet]. Wish I could get more drawing done, but every moment I get to muse, I think of something else I "have" to do =p ...like fix this rather embarrassment of a resumé sitting on my desk ¬_¬
[though I shouldn't be too hard on it, as it did get me a phone offer on 10 Sept 2001 that I wasn't adventurous enough to take [yes, I'll remember that for a while coming], but I'll be damned if it's not kind of disgusting to look at at the moment]
I got and threw nearly every Smashing Pumpkins song there is on Havoc yesterday. This morning, I'll have to take off most of them =p what ones I had forgotten were slow/dreary/put-me-to-seepy or that mysteriously end in media res o_o? I don't like to fuss with the playlist much, even as faulty as it is, though, since I usually end up spending hours modding tracks if I do even one.
Something I forgot about goes here! ...mebbe.
