2486: Midnite Blaze
You'll note I didn't post something I said I would. Change of heart--I don't feel quite emo enough =p [it's an important excerpt that needs the flaws beaten out of it, so I was going to let y'all take a bat to itproof] Really I oughtta be laying some things, but I got so lazy tonight T_T I am almost done with HD, from the in-story time and Chapter on the last saves ¬_¬
No FAQ yet, though! ^^ Of course, I may have botched something when I spent all my change in the machine without being able to get more of it =' If so, gonna have to sit through another play-through. [Char suggests I do a speed-run, anyway, but I lack the capture capacity and patience to retry if I mess up X/ so PFFFF]
The other importantish thing I meant to mention was confronting Cream about the change in my schedule. That is, he told me to be in at midnight, and I said I was off last night, as per usual. Hey Mr. DJ asked if I would be in last night [or declared that I would be, really], but I responded truthfully that I was put as Unavailable for every Wednesday, so I'm never on schedule Wednesdays and had to go into the lengthy story of them redoing all the schedules about three months ago or whatever and asking when I was able to work and I said, "I'm unavailable Fridays," and Cream asked if that meant he could schedule me for six days a week and I said "NO...." and he asked what other day I would like off and I said that Wednesdays were okay. Cream complained after my explanation, that he always gets blamed for every little thing, and also marveled that I could remember all that, but I pointed out that when something goes awry like that, I have to remember everything in order to defend myself.
Before THAT, I had Wednesdays off but listed as Available. AFTER that, I was always listed as Unavailable. SO, isolate the variable, and likely suspect is clear. That's science, folks! =B
Speaking of, new MythBusters = RAWK! Must've been taking time off for season length, 'cause last night's Baseball Special couldn't possibly have taken longer than a couple of weeks for them to do.
Anyway, looking forward to maybe actually having some weekend time off other than the trailing-in bit that's Friday night =p though even if they fix that Unavailability, I kinda figure it won't change... X/ which is fine, I guess, since I apparently can't get enough alone time, either :' [Neojank = broke again! Stupid WC pieces.]
I know, work sucks! But work is work, and if nothing else, five years is a good milestone to reach with any company =/
