I plan, without fail, to come home--or stay up--the first of each month, drop off the rent if no one else has, laze about online for a while, and get my *usually* unbeatable monthly Word Pyramid score in to get my potential 22,500 NP for the course of the month following the high score table reset [so long as I remain undefeated]. On months that start during the weekend or close to it, I have to get in my high score before they leave for the weekend, otherwise I lose up to 2250 NP until they can verify my score as legit, due to the stupid "Your score has been sent to review" score-cap bullshit.
Now, with ComCrash being hammered by demands for this idiot sports station that will cost them, they claim, $billions that they neither want to lose nor profit from, I am being charged an extra $2/month as a consumer being forced to absorb the cost for them...

I've tried Char's computer as well, and his is also without connection. Fucking fuck, all I ask is ONE day out of the month that I can get my high score in and not care *as much* whether I can get online. Yes, being without Internet has proven to be a great motivator in getting me to Do Something Better with My Time, but THE FIRST OF THE MONTH IS A SERIOUS EXCEPTION.
I have been trying, even past my bedtime, to simply post this post. I started at 9:30a EST, if that's any indication. What time is it now? X(
ALSO, FUCKING RIDE-ON NEARLY HIT ME IN THE ROUNDABOUT >=O Is that something where I could sue the city, if the bus had hit me, or is the bus driver solely at fault in that case? I'll have to look that up. [Meanwhile, it may be lucky that I've been taking the circle at 5 mph, though because my tires have been squealing from underinflation or something, but it's pissing me off all the same that no one knows proper roundabout courtesy.]
In the meantime, I went against the prior horoscope and started something new, because she'd been calling to me... not to mention I wanted to do a rain_luong-esque "I don't draw fan art much, but..." post. Mind you, I actually DO draw much fan art :p but all the same, it was a nice change of pace:

The entire picture was from memory except the gun [an amateur attempt with Gunsmith Cats as reference, because it was onhand]. I did, in fact, draw her from the ground up--literally. I finished her boots first and her face and hair last, because I'm pretty fine about faces but the rest is still a problem... like her right hand. Have you tried posing your right hand and drawing with it at the same time? Besides that lefties are just cooler, anyway, this is why I'm a lefty-enthusiast--left hands are easier to draw correctly :/
...no, I can't mirror my left hand. My brain is already pretty dyslexic as it is.
