572.2: Back to the Models
It's been, what?, eight years or so now, but I finally got around to assembling the DeLorean :p just because 1. it's just sitting there, and 2. I need to work up the gumption to build the Arrowhead and/or Ikaruga [though I expect I won't paint either of those, either--I'm just not a 3D artist, as a failed Sephiroth taught me]. My favourite car--as old as I am! ...or, its manufacturer WOULD have been had they stayed in business--only took about an hour or so to do since it's the snap-together variety and I skipped that whole painting step.
Still, it was kind of a pain because the parts are numbered somewhat randomly by how they're laid out on the diagram, and I had to hunt for the numbers for some of them... and I was a bit worried when it turned out I had a spare windshield o_O but all the pieces were there in the end... though I broke the antenna for the box cover version >_< [which is a good thing I preferred Mr. Fusion as being harder to accidentally break]
Anyway, this is why I prefer the preassembled shit X(
I haven't decided whether to move Tadayo into that gallery. It would change all her links if I did :p
