I'm a Good Girl
The last bit of my tax return was deposited into my account last night. Man, I love technology.
I deposited about 25% into my savings account and about 60% went to pay down my credit card. I sent it off right away so I wouldn't spend it. The rest I'm keeping to make my mortgage payment early this month. I'm feeling like a very good girl right now.
I Dined Out for Life last night at Azia. I had the scallops appetizer which wasn't very flavorful, but the scallops were gigantic! Better were the raw oysters on the half shell I ordered. Kumomotos. Yum.
It's a boring weekend. Working the PTJ tonight, all day Saturday and all day Sunday. No time for fun and the weather is supposed to be really nice. The PTJ scheduled me for 25 hours next week and 27 hours the week after. I went in and spoke to 3 people who work on the schedule to complain. They're scheduling me way too much, not what we agreed on at all. They apologized and said they'd fix it and said I could leave early on my shifts this coming week to bring my hours down. I was schedule both Saturday and Sunday next week (8 hours each), but they took me off for Sunday so I could catch a break. I have to meet with them again before they publish the next schedule to make sure they don't mess things up again. Apparently the notes in the computer said they could schedule me up to 30 hours a week and the days they're not allowed to schedule me were missing. I still really like working there, I'm just not impressed with the lack of coordination between the people in the office.
