Hey,
I've been trying to loose weight now for over a month. But, now it's starting to work out. I mean I cut out most of the junk food. I only have about three cookies every so often. Is that at really that bad? I mean for the last month I've been weighting my self and I also got the same weight. But, when I got on the scale this morning it said that I lost 3 bls. And that is cool to me. I've been doing what I can to loose it and now it's finally starting to work. That makes me one happy scaper and person. I mean I'm starting to get a figure again and that is really cool.
