Oh Italy, still giving Germany problems. The end was my favorite though, with Prussia and Germany, because you capture him so well in how he contrasts and compliments her. It makes me love them more.

Well, one motivation behind this fic was that I got upset with all the Prussia-is-useless-to-Germany-and-he-should-kick-him-out fics.
I wanted a fic which showed how much better it is when they pull their strengths and cover each others weaknesses. So, yeay! One reader noticed a theme I tried to work in. (I think this is more due to your insight than my ability, though)

Well also I hate when readers aren't aware of the history of a country being referenced because with historical fics you have to know something. This did capture that relationship the two countries shared, how the one gave way to another to the point of losing itself to it. That uniqueness you definitely got.

I agree with you about the history stuff. If you're on the internet and a name or place or event comes up and you don't know what it is, google it. Takes five minutes and clears everything right up.
Unfortunately most people prefer to use five minutes to post a complaint instead... sigh. Why must the internet be used for evil, not good?

I like the ending <3 It's touching.

the idea of the Italies being married like this is just adorable, haha

Sorry for so few words, I wish I could go on about how I love this story, but somehow words fail me. You deserve lots more of love for this fic.

Or extremely troubling, depending on how you view it...history is fun and wince worthy!!!

One day I will try to write about the Italies' marriage and the bucket-loads of anguish and misunderstanding and the lost love baggage they both carry with them. Head cannon says it's only in desperate situations that they actually act sweet.

Just a few words to let me know someone actually read the chapter is all I need! (Seriously though, you, Coeurgryffonder and my dear beta Aoi-aka are the wind beneath my wings and other Barbra Steisand type songs.)
