More like it. Finally saw this after being determined to do so as a big fan of THE DEPARTED, and discovered a closely-followed remake of this wonderful HK cop melodrama. It's taut; it's exciting; it's emotional; it's brilliantly played by Andy Lau and Tony Leung Chiu-Wai, two of my very favorite HK actors, with Anthony Wong doing a fantastic job as the head of the police department, trying valiantly to do his job while all around him, allegiances, priorities, and loyalties are in violent flux. It's just a great picture and I'd love to watch it over and over again. Potential purchase, though it might be slightly pricey to obtain.
