He knows one thing back then, he rises above anything else. People see him more than anything else, anywhere they would go.
Not until the time that he met him and he met sunshine. Sunshine who shines, sunshine who is on top of him. Who could be seen just anywhere.
For once, he struggled to be loved.
He struggled to be noticed, he worked hard to be seen.
For once, he's one lame mountain who can't even travel the world to find what he really wants. When someone left him, he can't do anything but look and wait for them to come back.
So he thought he had to change it. He had to move, he had to do something so that he would not be left behind. If he wanted to live, he had to go over across the world to maybe find that someone who doesn't need a sunshine but s fixed mountain who would be there to protect and stay even for the unimaginable forever.
He boarded that last train, the words that he said to him lingers.
"You're wrong. He'll leave you and when that happens...you should have at least listened."
He can't say that when that happens, all the other man needed to do was to call him and he'll be there. but he can't say that since it would beat the purpose of him going away.
He can't say that he really doesn't want to leave, but he thinks he has to. he can't say that it pains him to give up, but he has to.
For his heart had been broken million times, yet he picks it up, glue it all together just to love him again.
The next time, love him more.
It's a vicious cycle that he's trying to get out from. And boarding that last train to nowhere is what he believed to be the key to end his sufferings.
He loves him, that's enough.
He thought. And then he cries. He let the tears drown his soul, his everything, maybe he needs not to hide this time. He needs not to hide that his pride is non existent anymore, that he had been crying more than an average guy does. That he had been killing himself when he started loving Kwon Ji Yong.
He got out of the train, hurriedly started walking away. He doesn't want to stop his feet from walking fast because if he doesn't, he might just turn around and board the next train back to wherever he came from.
He walks aimlessly in the roads of nowhere, trying to find a thing to do, anything, just something. He got a temporary shelter to go home to. A job to suffice he basic necessities, besides that, he still dwells in the past, hoping that one day he would call him, he would need him.
Every day and night he spends alone in his place, he felt like he's killing himself more. He started weighing things, if he goes back, he would see Ji Yong with that guy. If he doesn't, he won't see him, though he would cry himself to sleep because he can't even make sure that he's ok.
Same difference.
Go there, stay here, the pain goes on because he doesn't want to move forward.
So he came up with the genius decision of going back.
Packed his things fast, almost running to the empty train station and waited for the next train back to his home.
Kwon Ji Yong's heart.
And it was just like that, how he left his heart with Jiyong and then came back only to find out that he picked it up for him.
Tears fell from his eyes again, this time it wasn't for the pain, but for the gratitude, overwhelming gratitude that he feels.
"Shhh... hyung is here, hush now" he whispered in his ear, as the boy buried his face on his hyung's neck.
"I'm stupid..." he wanted to say that he is indeed stupid, but how could he? He's stupid too, not to mention, stubborn.
But if it weren't for the stupidity and the stubborness, things wouldn't be like this.
They say love is sweeter the second time around. Seung Hyun says otherwise.
Love is sweeter any given time. Be the third or the fifth. This was their first, but what really matters is that love, just like a flame will continue burning even for the unimaginable forever.
