A new The Office-style comedy show about the ups and downs of running a dating agency. The employees work hard to match clients up with their dream partners, however, despite their field of work they often have trouble maintaining their own relationships.(forgive me for any errors...I don't honestly know how a dating agency works, lol.)
L Scott Caldwell as Bernice Williamson
Bernice is the woman in charge of the agency. She built the place from scratch and is very proud of her efforts. She is strict but fair with her staff and very secretive when it comes to her personal life. Her employees are unsure how to feel about her, including her own neice, and they often try to get her out of her shell. On the whole though, she is an excellent boss who seems to know exactly what she's doing.
Nathan Fillion as Stuart Lavers
Stuart is second in command. As a computer whizz, he is also in charge of the agency's popular website. He is a charamismatic and quirky fellow, whose flirtacious ways have given him quite the reputation. He has also been known to be quite the charmer, often towards the big boss Bernice in order to show her there is more to life than work. Despite his mischievous personality, Stuart is still the most trusted employee Bernice has. If she were to open up to anybody, it would be him.
Grace Park as Simone Lynn
Simone is the dating agency's top agent. She's matched up plenty of couples in her time and offers the best advice to her clients. However, what they don't know is that she is suffering with a troubled marriage, and is on the verge of divorce. If Bernice got wind of this, it would throw Simone's career in jeopardy.
Michelle Rodriguez as Adriana Garcia
One of the agency's other agents. Adriana is in constant competition with her colleague Simone and often finds herself jealous of her professional success, and of her apparent ideal marriage. Feeling bitter, she makes a deal with Simone that she can hook up her client Brad - who is infamous for being a lothario - with his dream woman, and make him stick with her! Things start to get more complicated, however, when she realises she has feelings for Brad herself.
Josh Holloway as Brad Collins
Brad is a client of Adriana and is notorious for being a lady's man. Agents have tried and failed in the past to match him up with his perfect woman, but he can never stick with just one relationship, and so Adriana has promised him that she will find him the love of his life. His constant flirting with her, however, doesn't help his case and he starts to think the perfect woman has been in front of him all along.
Yunjin Kim as Emily Lang
Emily is a client and friend of Simone's. Unlucky in love, Emily is hoping to meet the man of her dreams but so far the process has been slow. Simone thinks this is due to Emily's sickening sweetness and naivety, so she attempts to transform her client's personality, but with distressing results.
America Ferrera as Sophie Garcia
Adriana's little sister. Sophie doesn't work at the agency, but frequently pops in to bother her older sister and vist her best friend, Candice. Being the rebellious type, she likes to stir up trouble and finds herself in a bit of a pickle when she starts meddling around with the agency's files and clients.
Amber Riley as Candice Loker
Candice is the receptionist at the agency and the boss' niece. Like Bernice, she can be moody, especially at work, but once the others take her out to unwind she becomes a full-on diva. At first repelled by rebellious Sophie, Candice seems to fall in love with her fun-loving attitude and the two stir up trouble they soon wish they hadn't.
