I'm super, thanks for asking
I've been housesitting for my sister for a fortnight as she has been on her honeymoon. She and Luke were dropping me back home yesterday when she slammed the door on my right hand. It was at about midday yesterday and I went into shock and was shaking a lot. My right middle finger has all this skin ripped off the top knuckle and all in all it's pretty gross. I had my index finger strapped to my middle finger all yesterday and I just took it off and have found that it's incredibly difficult to do things with your right hand when you don't have the ability to use your two middle fingers. I couldn't write properly, do my hair, put on tights properly as well as use my marama kapu properly.
Today it's a bit better, but is still oozing serum and is pretty gross. Thanks to my friends last night who were able to help me with applying new plasters etc. I was amazed at how not grossed out you were!
I celebrated one year of singledom on Thursday and celebrated well with a can of Schweppes Tangerine and lentil bolognese. I'm actually really enjoying my singledom and look forward to more fantastic times with the best girlfriend I've ever had - me!
