I gotta learn how to play a bunch of Christmas songs by the 14th (I don't know how I'm gonna do that with my roommate and her boyfriend constantly around during the hours I won't get yelled at by my neighbor). I know how to play two...one of them I sing in Latin. Another song I could play isn't quite a Christmas song...but I sang it once at the Christmas Eve service at my church in Auburn. That one's in Italian. I need some damn songs to sing in English! Hahaha. That'd be funny if I threw O Fortuna in there...wouldn't have the same metal oomph, but I could make it all pretty. I learned the basics of it last year so I could practice the vocals at home. I don't quite know all the chords (there aren't many), but I know a group of people who could help me out in that department...hint hint, wink wink.

I'm playing for a bunch of lawyers for the show on the 14th. That'll be....interesting. I think it's a private party, so I don't believe I can promote it. I may have a show on the 18th at the Fox & Goose...wait, was it the 18th or the 10th? I can't remember, but I'll keep you posted when I know for sure. Has not been confirmed yet.

I'm all happy cause all this exciting stuff is happening for me. It's not outside the norm for neat surprises to just fall into my lap (I'm a magical being), but it doesn't make it any less pleasing. Apparently Phil (my new bf) is the same way. We're really quite the pair, we're like cosmic twins. He's got a bunch of exciting things falling into his lap at the moment as well. I can't talk about it due to legal issues (he can barely even talk to me about it), but it sounds really neat. HAHA, but when we were talking about it, he was explaining his strange breed of luck to me and I exclaimed, "Stuff falls into your lap too?!?!?!" He nodded and of course we giggled cause yep, there's one more thing we have in common. I swear, every day it's something new. This morning we learned we're both empathic. Geeeeeez. What'll we find out next?

Sorry, trying not to go on and on about him, but I can't help it. I've never found such a perfect match. I want to tell it on the mountain. I hope I'm not bothering anyone. If so, eat me...I mean sorry.
