I'm really fascinated by bareback porn, both male and female. Especially with people my age; like 18-22 year olds (Because when you're an old-ass bear or sitting in a dungeon swing, you obviously don't have much else in your life.) I mean, what the hell motivates people to think that's worth money? I mean, yeah, you have a bunch of chiseled guys in Eastern Europe who're probably living hand-to-mouth in some broke-down studio or on their friend's couch and don't really care about how dangerous it is: Hell, they probably don't even know.

I read this short article in The New Yorker a couple weeks ago about how recently deaths in Russia have tended more and more towards the ridiculous. As in, people bungee jumping without helmets, or cramming 18 people onto a moped and hitting 100 on a cliffside road, etc. What the article was saying - sorta - was that in a culture where death is continually seen as something almost... cheap... either through all the political assassinations or dangerous, decaying USSR-era public works, people become fatalists about it. So I wonder if the same thing applies to all the bareback porn coming out of the former Soviet bloc these days. I mean, who cares about MAYBE getting AIDS from somebody sticking a dick in you when a local footbridge might collapse tomorrow and kill 4000 people, right? But I don't really know what I'm talking about.

I really want to take an art class this summer. Or two. I just have been so fuckin' booky this semester that my brain feels like one of those GROW-A-BRAIN-IN-WATER things that has only been sitting in its H20 for a couple minutes. 4 percent matter, 96 percent fluid. So, I think I'm going to go with sculpture. Or maybe just 2D design. I'd ask Carly for help, but I'd probably end up making us both laugh too much with my sad-ass attempts.

Either way, I'll probably be in T-Town for my last summa, ya'll. So don't be strangers.
