OK when you gotta go, you gotta go
It's been a great time back, and as much as I don't want to leave Singapore, I really am looking forward to getting into that cockpit again and moving forward, one step closer to the dream.
Not to mention that it's gonna be a different cockpit this time. A very different cockpit.... :)
What I will miss most about Singapore when I'm there isn't the food (though I will miss that very much), nor the nightlife, nor the familiarity, but the people-my friends, who I have hung out with here and whose company I have come to enjoy a lot. People like cheshirefeline, smackeral, burbur, hypodermically, blogwithbaby, marajaded, sheabutter, takglam; the ones who took the time to meet up with me even though they were only stopping by: jo_ee, nuggiegirl, and musomuse; and the new friends I have made like angeliatay, triciaseow, auntyadele, and vixette7. Most of all, my partner-in-crime EL, who has been most instrumental in introducing the local music scene to me; it's a pity he's not coming with me in this batch and will only be following sometime later.
lolitapop, I still wanna see your dog! Will arrange when I come back.
synapseman, marajaded and d_guru, sorry lunch/dinner didn't get to materialise after all, but it'll be a priority when I return!
And to everyone else, so long, I'll see you in 3 months. I'll try to get on internet soon but I'm not sure how it works so it may be some time. Otherwise I'm always contactable on my Aussie number!
