Pacific's Coolness Makes The News
I was in the news! Pacific is awesome! :D
So, last Friday there was a bunch of racist, sexist, and homophobic graffiti around campus written in chalk. These were quickly dealt with, but a couple people I know decided to go one step further. They organized a response chalking - not a few haters in the middle of the night, but as many as they could gather, in the middle of the day, chalking messages of acceptance and tolerance.
And it looked like this:

There were news crews and people taking pictures. Koin Local 6 did a spot at noon, and the Oregonian has a piece.
