I'm awake. Why am I awake? I woke up at quarter-past 7 for no apparent reason and going back to sleep was like... meh?
So now I'm awake. Tried a new line on Big Bossa - part of the reason I couldn't get back to sleep - and it didn't sound the way I wanted it to with the intervals I had in mind. I'll have to play with it and see what I was actually thinking of.
An unfortunate mishap with a dryer has left all of my clothing scattered across the various flat surfaces and hanging spaces in my room, TRYING to dry out and failing miserably. It was like a sauna in her last night, and it all seems to have been for naught. NOTHING is dry, except maybe the underwear that were RIGHT under the baseboard. ::SIGH:: I was supremely irritated. I paid my damn 75 cents, and I get back and it's like the washer never even ran. It was running when I left and there's lint in the lint trap, but clothes? Conspicuously damp. And I didn't have a further 75 cents on my card, nor another hour to wait, to dry them a second time.
So I have damp clothes. This'll be a fun morning.
