$30, I think, possibly $35. A little expensive initially, but they pay for themselves in like, three months, and last for 10 years. Good investment.
Oh, one thing: The stem on the keeper is much longer than on the competing diva cup, but you can custom-trim it. (Don't cut it all the way off, though, or you won't be able to get it out very easily. I left mine at a little over half-length, and it's perfectly comfortable.)
