Hm. For an experiment, lunch was ok. Stir fried broccoli, spinach, mushrooms, yellow peppers, and spaghetti noodles, with garlic, minced onion, a pinch of chili powder... and way, way too much basil. Remind me next time that I shouldn't take the little sprinkler cover off the top of my spices. Other than that, it was tasty.
MAN I wanna be an astronaut. I keep wondering if I'm just fooling myself because really, what chance do I have of actually going into space? I've done almost nothing in the areas of science or math and I am certainly not a genius at either one. But I WANT to be! I wanna go into SPACE! I wanna be a part of that, the exploration, the next step, the dreams.... ::SIGH::
It's a long, hard road. And interest in space exploration is no longer at the peak we saw in the sixties. That's not the future anymore. At least not the immediate future. People have brought their interests back down to more immediate concerns like green energy and politics and whether or not there'll be a zombie invasion. But *I* wanna go to the moon! I promised myself when I was eight that I would go to the moon! I wanna I wanna I wanna I wanna I wanna!! ::cries:: I wanna go so bad it hurts. I wanna be that smart, I wanna have that kind of drive and talent.
Instead, I'm gonna complain about it on LJ. ::sigh:: How productive.
