Ok, so thedollpalace.com is a crappy dollmaking site. I have been reformed to eLouai.com, and this is what came of it.
Cut because I know they're annoying to scroll past.
Meet Jack Frost. He's a quiet guy, reserved. Travels from town to town and makes it winter. He's the main character. Unfortunately, he was the first doll I made, so he lacks a certain finesse. I still like him, though.
Meet Robin Goodfellow. Outspoken, opinionated, and cocky. He's new at all this - the baby of the bunch, but don't tell him I called him that. I'm particularly fond of his hair - it's EXACTLY how I imagined it. And I had fun with accessories on him. He wears those pants because it really irritates his very proper British host family.
Meet Muse, the source of all creative thought inherant to mankind. He's a total candyflipper.
Meet Logos, the father of rational thought and reason. I love how smarmy he looks.
And finally, meet Eros, empathy personified, the patron of love and emotion everywhere, who I just noticed does not have eyebrows. He was fun. Not one of my characters at ALL, is he? I love the balance between him, Must and Logos. The three of them work in tandem. If the balance shifted, there would be no more humanity. Or something like that. Anyway, the point is, they're my hot gay threesome and I'm very proud of them. They all die horribly halfway through the book - that's how you know I love them.
I started doing my snowflake planning today. Got through the end of step three by the time Amber came over for dinner eating. Tomorrow, I have an interview with Abacus, down in big pink, for a position of "Appointment Setter". I'm a bit confused, but it pays $11-$13 an hour, so I'm not complaining. I really don't wanna have to stop at Kinkos and print out a resume, though I probably should. Which means I should go shower and go to bed NOW. And not make more dolls. In fact, I should probably turn the poor computer OFF so that she has a chance to rest before I require her services again.
I make my lappy sound like a whore. >.>
Anyway. Showertime.
