yesterady my arm did alright. in the morning during p.t. i had a little discomfort in my center back, but mostly it was fine. i started experiencing pain later on in the day, around 3:30 and it lasted until about 6. i think this was mainly due to standing and writing a lot for one of my classes. the pain was at about a 6 since i would not have been able to easily support myself standing on the cable car, but sitting gave me a chance to rest. i think it prob wouldve been better if i had done my p.t. exc. but i skipped them that morning. wont m,ake that mistake again!
today i am sore in my biceps. i think it is prob. due to hunching over to do my work. i need to get a drafting table. also i had a lil chocolate and a few drags of a cigg. which i know did me in from yesterday. today i will remember frequent excercises, gentle movement, and detox.
