Okay. Acting? No.
For obvious reasons, I thought I'd get Story Writing or something akin to that. Although, it's sort of related...people write stories, other people act the stories out. People think of ideas and imagine all sorts of scenarios and conflicts, other people 3D those ideas.
Maybe I got the Drama Queen instead of The Bard because I've been doing a lot of "acting" these days. Acting like I'm fine with decisions of other people when I'm really not. Acting like it's no big deal that no matter how hard I try, I'll never come out on top. Acting like I have no regrets when in truth, let's face it, I want to pull a Back to Future and change things.
Or maybe it's because I haven't written anything in months and it's the universe's way of telling me to put down the whisk (for awhile) and pick up the pen and write fiction instead of recipes.

I'm kidding. Yes, no one has the right to stop me from hoping, from dreaming, from getting what I want...except me. In which case, I'm in big trouble.
