my year in review and bratty peeps
For some reason, everyone has an "I'm P.O.'ed right now because of nasty so and so" entry. Why??? It's Christmas time, time to share our love, time to deck the halls with boughs of holly and go fa la la la la. I'm not saying *I'm* incredibly satisfied and fulfilled with everything in la mia vita but the weather outside is frightful (as frightful as rain can be) and the fire (baking cookies in the oven) is, mmmmmmm, delightful that I'm feeling that Christmas flutter in my heart. Hwoah.
Plus, I just finished two days of exams (yesterday and today) so yes, them big burden just came spiraling down.

All I have to do now is bake a million cookies and bars for my brother's, my mom's, and my cousin's orders. Whoopee. Hahaha. =D Nah, I love baking and all these pastry arts shtuff, duh-huh. It's just that after the 16th batch, the butter, eggs, and sugar kinda makes you feel gnarly. And I do not like zesting lemons...I'm still a newbie at it. Pag ako tinamad wala ng punyetang zest yung punyetang lemon squares na yan. Lemon juice lang!

I was in Iloilo from Thursday til Monday afternoon. I was supposed to go home Sunday morning but because of an alcohol bottle (Green Cross, not Red Bull or similar bottles) was found in my carry-on.

Yay, am finally able to go online! Marami naman mga pagkakataon kaya lang hindi ko feel.
JUNE

Been taking Italian cooking classes for the past couple of Saturdays. Next class is this Saturday.
JULY
Last June 29-30 and July 1-2, I had my four-day All About Pasta class. It was fabulous.
