i had a slightly garden state"ish" moment. a single instance in which the entire chaos that surrounded us disappeared. the debauchery faded into the background and only the moment's purity remained. its amazing where you find honesty. it just randomly pops up in the most unexpected places. and you find yourself having a conversation with this person that you hardly know and yet youve wanted to "get to know" for some time now. and you realize theyre different. they havent been eaten up by the insanity and irresponsibility that is "college life." genuine. thats the word. ::sigh:: i better hush before i wake the lil nest in the pit of my stomach. theyre already on the verge of fluttering and flying about. THIS close. i can feel it.
