Lack of the Sci-Fi Channel is starting to affect my quality of life. ;P
Not only have I been trying to figure out how I can watch Battlestar Galactica S4 next year (not to mention Razor in November!) what with the NBC/iTunes debacle, now I'm getting into Doctor Who, and no doubt I will soon be desperate to see the latest episodes of that too. And on top of everything else, tomorrow night I will be missing the premiere of Highlander: The Source.
Yeah, okay, that's not a tragedy. In fact, it's most likely a blessing. I saw a trailer and -- as is apparently traditional for Highlander movies -- it looks pretty darn awful, however....
To see Peter Wingfield back in the role of Methos would be worth a certain amount of pain.
Our cable company carries the Sci-Fi channel. We could upgrade our service. The question is whether my fangirly tendencies and desire for instant gratification should be indulged to the amount of $40 per month. I could buy a series season a month for that if I just had the patience to wait for them to come out on DVD. :-/
What to do?
[Edit: Just watched another, longer, trailer for The Source and good heavens! It looks horrible! Not merely painful, but downright torturous -- it's like Vogon poetry. I could barely make it through the trailer. Sorry, Methos, I love ya, but no. :P]
