Oh, I feel honored that you thought of my tutorials while making your icon! =)

Well, I found these icons that are some of the very first...

Hey, those aren't too bad! Even at that early stage you were already showing promise in your use of textures. :) It was months before I attempted to try using textures... And I'm still kind of nervous around them. ;) But your skills have definitely evolved to an impressive level! Your icons these days are absolutely stunning (including that new one!).

textures can scare haha, but they're friends (this sounds kind of weird). I still don't manage to do exactly what I want with them. Thank's for your kind words by the way =) I have the same feeling about your icons, they're amazing.
