It's all over LJ. It's like, a cutesy way of emphasizing something....like, instead of saying "Johnny Depp is sexy", it would be written as "Johnny Depp is Teh Sex!"

It's really stupid. I mean, I'm not laying awake at night thinking of it, but it's quite a dumb trend.
