So we're moving! We decided on a place, and it's perfect. (See this and click on the virtual tour of the area. We'll live right across the street from Fort Hale Park.) Downsides: second-floor apartment (which is the middle), a bit of a farther commute to work. Best parts: off-street parking, laundry room with washer and dryer we don't have to pay for, cheaper rent, brand new kitchen and bathroom, a block from the beach, and a cute landlord who is young and "looks forward to partying with us." (No worries, Mathew, I promise. :-*)
And Kris and Eric got engaged last week. aww... And then yesterday she asked me to be her maid of honor. Awww... And they set the date for my parent's anniversary, so it's special for me too. AWWWW... So I've got Kris's wedding in July and then Katie's wedding in August. Two weddings right in a row that I'm maid of honor. I'm... well... honored! And I'll be... broke. :)
I think the paint fumes are getting to my head. (They're painting my office.)
