uh
So yesterday was my final day in Figure Sculpture. Because of that, a problem has now arisen!
I don't think I've written this in my LJ yet, but there was a guy in my class who liked anime a lot, so he like to talk to me about it sometimes. When he found out that I've never seen Macross Plus, he decided to lend me the DVD, along with Appleseed (which I had already seen) and Steamboy. Which is all fine and good, except... he never came to class again. No one knows why. And chances are, I'll never see him again.
I mean, I guess I should be happy that I got free DVDs, but I mean... geez. That really sucks for him. Do you guys think I should make an effort to track down the guy to give him back his DVDs?
MEANWHILE, here's something else I have yet to mention here: I've been playing cello for the Portland Mormon Choir & Orchestra. I kinda didn't want to do it because I don't really like playing in orchestras (too much competition), but I did it anyway because my dad really wanted me to join. Now, I'm kinda glad that I did, but it's not so much that I love playing in the orchestra so much as, including me, there are only two cellos. Apparently we were supposed to have five, but uh... the rest never showed up. OH WELL. Not like I'm not used to a lack of cellist compatriots anyway.
EDIT: No, of course this entry wasn't made as an excuse to use my new icon. How silly.
