I hope everyone enjoyed the holidays!  It's hard to believe that it's already 2008.  2007 was such a huge year!  There are several things that I am looking forward to this year, the first being a trip to Mamouth Lakes with Sam and my family.  I think Sam will love it!  The last time I was there I was too young to truely appreciate it so I am really, really psyched to go back.  The second thing I am looking forward to is our trip to Wisconsin to see Sam's mom and John.  This year we will have Jacob and Nathan with us so it will be a great bonding experience.  It's just so peaceful being on the lake with nothing to do but have fun.  I can't explain the sense of calm that it gives me.  The third thing that has me anxiously awaiting September is our trip to Vegas!  We will get to spend a weekend with Laura and Sonny without the kids AND I will get to see some of my best friends!  I really hope that Dan is able to come because I really miss him and it's been too long.  The fourth thing I am looking forward to is our 1 year wedding anniversary!  Our vegas trip is going to be that celebration but we will have our own on the actual day.  I can't wait!  And lastly, my parents are taking us to New York for Christmas next year!  I think that will be simply amazing.

I can't wait to see what else 2008 brings.  I know that this weekend will be awesome because I actually get to spend it with Sam!  Friday I am taking a half day and finishing up all of my name changes.  Then we are going out to a nice dinner.  Saturday we are going to a charity poker tournament and then out with Kara and John.  Should be good times!

Anywho, I just thought I would update with something since it's been forever.  I know of at least 1 person who will get enjoyment out of this...next time it will be a picture post from Christmas!
