The lines are getting blurred

I'm not drinking but it seems everyone else is.
I'm at the opening for the new Car Crazy exhibition.  It has brought out all kinds of people.  Some have come along way and brought their hot rods.  Some haven'tcomeso far.  There are a few of the derelict men that usually sit on the park benches downtown enjoying the festivities also.  The band is loud and playing Mustang Sally.  Waitresses are serving free beer and there are lots of meaty manly eats. I was a little concernedwhen the first derelict guys came in and sat down.  But, a coupleof ladies satdownwith them and seemedto be fine.  They were all up and dancing a few minutes ago.One ofthewomen came in the shop and I asked if they were bothering her.  She said she thought it was great that we were allowing them to stay.  She was from Detroit and volunteers in a soup kitchen there.   I went to eat dinner and came back and couldn't pcik out the hot rodders from the bench men anymore.  There'sa guy looking unwashed, his hair all stringy an he's wearing a big coat in May.  Nope, he's one of the invited guests. There's another one.  He IS one of the bench men.
It's been fun watching them and trying to guess which is which.
Funny how I don'tsee a difference any more.
