Notes: 1sentence, set 2 - beta. I found this old unfinished collection of sentences and thought I might as well post them, since I'll never finish them anyway. These are about one and a half years old! Some of these are kind of bad and some I still like very much. :3
They aren't in any order and are mostly unrelated, but I guess they can be read as one story.
#01 - Walking
It's very easy - he just needs to turn around and take one step and then another and that's how you do walking - but he can't even turn around and if he lets go of Jun, he knows his knees will fail him (and that would be embarrassing), so he stays, but only this one time.
#02 - Waltz
"So, I'm the girl now?" Nino giggles when Jun guides his hand to his waist, to the correct place, but Jun just rolls his eyes and commands him to shut up, making Aiba burst into laughter at the other side of the dance studio.
#03 - Wishes
Nino wished that Jun wished that he could kiss him - even once - on the mouth with soft lips and warm mouth and tongues (and maybe Jun did).
#04 - Wonder
Sho can't think of anything to say - this whole thing is too unbelievable - he doesn't really even understand what he just saw, there was no way this was really happening because those two didn't like each other, they had had even more quarrels this week than ever before, so how could he just have walked in on them kissing?
#05 - Worry
"...Ohno worries about you, you know," Nino muttered, counting Jun's ribs with his fingers, too easily, in the dark.
#06 - Whimsy
To Nino, Jun was unpredictable and so he was also interesting, making him want to know if there was a reason behind Jun's actions or was it just by a whim that he had kissed Nino.
#07 - Waste/Wasteland
He waits and wonders if he's waiting for nothing, if he's ever going to come, if they ever get out of this jail they have built for each other and if he really wants to stop waiting, if he's even capable of letting go anymore, and he wants to know what is Nino sacrificing for this, what is he wasting for this.
#08 - Whiskey and rum
He's very drunk; drunker than Jun, he discovers when Jun pushes him down, on his back on the couch and he doesn't care, only clings to Jun when he kisses him on the mouth, feeling needy and slightly numb.

He didn't like Jun and Jun didn't like him, not anymore.
#10 - Weddings
"My parents have started to ask me when I'm going to find a nice girl for myself and maybe settle down," Jun says one morning when they still lie in bed, and Nino laughs, lacing their fingers together, and tells him that he really shouldn't lie to his parents and that he should just tell them that he already has found someone, but that he isn't a girl - or even very nice.

"Why do I have to be older than you?" Nino asks, making a dissatisfied face, and continues: "Now I have to get something for you on your birthday too."

Maybe it was only a good thing that he saw Nino with Sho.

Jun wants to ask Nino: "Me or Sho?" but he can't - not when he already knows that he won't like the answer.

Nino presses against him, his mouth hot on his skin, his whole body pulsing with warmth, and they move together, moaning, burning, needing, wanting, until Jun thinks that this is all that really matters - even when he knows all of this is a lie.
#15 - Breathing
His breaths are irregular, only gasps of air, and he tries to get a hold of himself, tries so hard to gain control again, but nothing happens and he can't change things and his breaths are just sobs and he doesn't know why nothing is like he thought it would be.
#16 - Breaking
They had gone through this many times in the past, but this time it felt final in a completely new way: Nino had never before had someone else he could go to, someone who could give him exactly what he wanted.
#17 - Belief
They held together only from the belief that there was nothing else waiting for them.
#18 - Balloon
It's pink and round and Nino stares at it like Jun's offering him Aiba's latest experiment in ‘interesting' new foods, refusing to touch it because "it has to be some kind of an evil plot".

They lean over the hotel room balcony railing, little bit tipsy from the bottle of wine they had shared earlier, the night time Osaka around them, and talk about everything, but nothing in particular.

While Sho tries to convince the reporter that they don't really fight with each other and that no one's really finding any specific person annoying, they cut right through his speech and immediately name each other.
#21 - Quiet
It was so quiet that Nino thought that Jun could hear his heartbeat when Jun stepped even closer to him, fingers brushing against his skin, carefully, disbelieving, unsure of what was really happening and was it really worth the trouble he knew he was getting into.
#22 - Quirks
"It feels like I'm in a relationship with a girl," Nino said after watching for an hour how Jun was getting himself ready.
#23 - Question
It's on the tip of his tongue, he can already taste it in his mouth, but he pulls back, restrains himself from speaking it out loud, because he knows that Nino hates stupid questions and his answer wouldn't ever be what he wants it to be anyway.
#24 - Quarrel
Well, if Nino expects him to come crawling back to him again, he's wrong because he doesn't really need Nino (why would he?) and it's gone way too far already and, what, does Nino think he can say anything to Jun without any consequences and it's really Nino's turn now to wait uselessly and beg for forgiveness and miss him and feel abandoned and if Nino doesn't understand what's wrong with them why would he even want to try anymore?
#25 - Quitting
Jun knows that there will be a time when they have to quit, but he doesn't like to think about it, like he doesn't like to think about the time when he will get fatter and wrinkly and about the time when the dark circles around Nino's eyes won't go away as easily as before and the five of them will scatter away and when there will be no more anything.
#26 - Jump
There is a moment when you just have to let go, Jun thinks, when you just have to stop pretending and when you need to forget your pride, and this is that moment, now, when the look in Nino's eyes has suddenly gone very serious.

The room is silent; Jun isn't laughing and neither is Nino, his face expressionless, like it had been cut from stone, cold to the touch and cold to the heart, and Jun knows there are words that Nino needs to say but that he will never hear.

"Stop smiling like that, asshole, it's annoying the hell out of me," Nino grumbles an turns his back to Jun, whose grin just widens as he checks that no one sees them and then puts his arms around Nino's shoulders, bringing him close, and kisses him on the neck while ignoring Nino's further (very half-hearted) protests.

They are just lying around in Jun's room, relaxed, doing nothing important and Nino is playing his guitar when he tells Jun that the tune he's playing is going to be a new song and that he calls it "hanging around Jun's room and doing nothing in particular but still that's really enough right now"-song but that he probably changes the title before he plays it in front of an audience - it still needs a lot of work anyway - because he doesn't want to give the fangirls any new ideas.

"Like I need him, like I stay up at night and think about him, like I even care what he does on his free time - it's all really stupid," Nino rants, crumpling the rumour magazine in his hands and pacing around the room, unaware that Ohno has stopped listening to him half an hour ago.

Nino gets up and pulls his clothes back on, his back turned to Jun and Jun can't really say anything because he always knew this wasn't even supposed to last.

It bothers him a little, the way there seems to be no feeling between them, nothing that he could grasp and cling to, nothing worth keeping alive, but that he still goes to Jun, goes through the motions that were supposed to be reserved only for people in love, not for this empty charade of two hollow people that were already less than friends.

He draws near Jun, reaches out and traces his fingers over Jun's face and down his chest, and he marvels how Jun's eyes flicker and how he allows him to go over his body like this, and how his lips are slightly parted and how he's leaning into the touch just enough to make Nino continue, to unbutton Jun's jeans, to slip his hands under layers of clothes until he can touch skin.

Nino was already sleeping (exhausted from the two concerts they had held that day) when Jun slipped into the room after staying up late with Aiba and Ohno; when he climbed into the bed, Nino sighed and pressed his body against him, still completely asleep.

"It's supposed to help if you stare at the horizon," Jun offers, sounding worried, his hand rubbing circles on Nino's back, not stopping, not even when Nino leans over the railing and throws up again.

"I used to think you were better than this," he hears Sho say to Nino inside the room, the door slightly ajar for him to hear and see, and he can see Nino crumbling when Sho turns away - later, he doesn't remember stepping into the room or what he was thinking - he just remembers his fist hitting Sho's jaw and the satisfying sound it made.

Jun feels a certain dark satisfaction when he watches how Nino looks at Sho, eyes hard and cold, and turns his back to him, walking steadily and purposefully towards Jun, and Jun can't help but glance at Sho, a little bit too cocky, a little bit too challenging.

He's lying on the floor and Nino's straddling him, a triumphant grin plastered on his face, going on and on about how horrible Jun is at video games, both of them tangled in Playstation controller cords - and Jun wouldn't really mind losing to Nino again.
