Help.
Okay, I need the name of a movie. It's an old movie (1970's), set in Biblical times. There is this guy who says that he's going to fly and builds this contraption that will help him do so (it's a tall building with a swinging arm at the top). Well when the time comes for him to fly he thinks he's "all that" and decides not to use the swinging arm thing and takes a flying leap.
