Block party

It would seem that simply blocking off the ends of the road with a couple of Tahoes, harassing your neighbors to move their cars, and putting your up-to-eleven stereo outside gives you a block party. (Not much of one, though...the street just looks abandoned with no cars on it since there's nobody actually AT the block party.)

The stereo is setting off the alarm in one of the Tahoes. Incessantly.
