- Cosplay/costuming: although I consider myself a dabbler - Star Wars: Love the movies, really into Star Wars: The Old Republic (MMO) and Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes (EA mobile game) - Bioware video games (SWTOR, Dragon Age, Mass Effect) & miscellaneous others on occasion - Traveling (which I don't do enough of due to $$$) - Reading (which I've been doing more of recently) - Cats: of which I have three. - Cooking/baking
I have a friend of mine out here (California) who is in Copyright Law, and your story of being from Tennessee but living in Georgia follows those of a couple of friends of mine (who I'm now out of touch with, but live in the Atlanta area). I myself lived, briefly, in Athens while attending grad school, so I'm kinda-sorta familiar with the state. :)
I got my degree in animal science, but I work full time doing high-level software tech support for network administrators and part-time taking a community college Spanish class. Unmarried, no kids, but I have a strong community of other transplants to which I'm a "courtesy aunt" to their children.
Oooo. Prop builder SO. That has to be handy. :) And cool!
I'll just give you my spiel a little in response.
Some of my fandoms/interests are:
