Sorry for the late review everyone but alas personal problems that you don’t care about prevented me watching SGU at 9:00 PM. As a result this review might be shorter then normal. Anyway here we go…
It’s been a long 4 months waiting for SGU. I’ve tried keeping busy watching past Stargate episodes and the ever demanding real life. But it’s not the

I don't know that I completely trust Young either. I think the writers have obviously set up the two leaders neck and neck in opposition on purpose to divide fandom and to set up a dichotomy as we can see next week we will have to choose. That should really be interesting. I am not saying I am fully for Rush.... I just admire that when he came back he did not completely expose Young and that both men were willing to put it rest for the sake of the crew. I see this as a bit of redemption for Rush. *ducks flying objects* :P
As for the rest of the ep..... I liked it as well. I thought the new aliens were awesome and it was about time they met up with another species. I did however have a problem with them being the first to fire on the alien ship. I mean they weren't 100% sure they were hostile ....just because they launched smaller ships....doesn't mean they were going to fire on them. I thought it odd that they didn't wait until weapons fire from the alien ship was launched first before they engaged in return fire.
I LOVED GREER!!! He is fast becoming one of my favorites. He continually steps up and does the right thing for the situation and you can't help but admire his loyalty and strength of character. *swoon* :D
As for Chloe I agree that it was abit... (typical horror flick plot...let's send in the dumb blonde to get killed/captured/tortured trick) *eye roll* Yeah I'm with you.....DO NOT APPROACH a mysterious hole in the ship without some measure of precaution.
I also loved the montage at the end with the song. I felt for everyone and it really was touching realizing that they are so afraid and alone on this journey. I also felt sorry for James and how lonely she is feeling. :(
I thought it was a great start to the back half of the season. :)

I don't think the writers really care about what divides fandom even if they are doing that. More then anything its to create controversy and tension between character to get viewers interested. Studying the number like I have its the viewers not fans to make or break a show. I see Rush not being in public about Young stranding him as not his own benefit as Young would mention how Rush framed him for murder. By being quiet behind closed door Rush fosters anti-trust of Young without showing his nefarious role to cause it.
IIRC correctly Broody said they were charging weapons. You don't charge weapons unless you intend to fire. And plus it was fairly obvious those small crafts were intercept fighters
I like Green for his sake of honor. He is the kind of person who helps those who respects. He doesn't recognize the chain of command and more what kind of person you are. Now clean that drool off my LJ
James was so sad. I was wondering what is so sad that she was crying about. I don't think its just that one doctor not exchanging the same feelings she felt about. Notice how Chloe was wide awake too. I wonder what that is about

I am not going to wipe up my drool....that is the risk you take when you have a public space here and invite people in to make comments!! :P :P Besides it has dried up by now :P
Yeah I thought it was interesting that they showed James crying and then Chloe awake. Maybe it was the full ramifications of James realizing she has lost her connection to Scott. Even if he was just a "frak buddy" that is still a level of intimacy that she no longer has. And then too, maybe Chloe is feeling guilty about things? IDK.

Then your user name will be blocked. That or you clean this up:P
I think Chloe is in shock of the whole deal with the aliens. James is just really lonely. Scott is a factor in that lonelyiness
