I'm here
Just a note. I'm here. Feeling incredibly overwhelmed and without enough energy to deal with all of life. Life is fine. Life is good. It's all ok, just very busy. You know, lice, sister's wedding in 2 weeks and still haven't finished the chuppah. Show in 6 weeks (?) and I have a million things to do for it, not just make stuff to sell. Plus, you know, I can't spend all my time in the basement. Other things need to happen.
If anyone wants to converse about Outlander, feel free! Please, tell me your favorite scenes/lines/moments/eps. I can't promise to reply to all of them, but talk amongst yourselves.
falena you might want to check out the corresponding LJ entry which is where all the other people I know talking about Outlander are.
Anyone want to collab on Outlander fanfic? Or not. I have mixed feelings about it. Gabaldon is outspoken about how much she hates it. I can't decide if making fanworks would make her more angry or less. Clearly she has a HUGE fanbase. I don't know.
I have like 1/2 a spoon at the moment. Maybe it's only 1/3.
Also, I think Outlander 1.07 is the best ep yet, but it's not my favorite. I keep going back to 1.04. I think that's because Claire is so clearly in charge and I think it's also the point where she begins to realize how much Jamie cares for her. Also, gah, there is so much Gaelic in this ep and I LOVE THAT.
So, I'm going to try going to bed "early" and see if that helps. Hope you all have a good night.
