Sleepy Hollow's all new tonight (i.e. I'll watch while ~enjoying~ my 'fluid' breakfast tomorrow morning #fastingday), I can't waiiiiiiiit! :D

Making a vagina quilt sounds interesting, hope you're having fun with that and your week's as normal as you want.

\o/ EEEEE. I will watch it tomorrow morning. No tv. Can't watch it live. Evenings are too hectic anyway.

How is the fasting working out? Is it helping with that stupid plateau? I have decided I need to be better about grains/sugar and am trying to limit them. The holidays were not good. I was not good, lol.

:D :D I am definitely having fun with it! I will post pictures later. It's for a friend who requested I make her one. She's a doula (birth assistant/coach).

Thanks! Here's hoping!

People keep telling me I look like I've lost (more) weight recently, so I guess that's true? I haven't stepped on a pair of scales since the mid of December because for a while I'd much rather focus on 24hr fasting (twice a week), clean eating (incl. calory counting, no sugar, no grain, no everything) and working out without having to endure certainpossible disappointment in the form of my scales telling me I didn't lose any weight the past week - despite all efforts ( ... )

That sounds like a VERY healthy plan. I lost weight last year, took a break, and need to get back to it. I think there's no shame in taking a break from the rigorous stuff. You are awesome! You've been doing this for two years? 0.o. GO YOU.

But your commitment/focus is amazing! I was on Weight Watchers for six months and got sick of tracking. Did fine with keeping weight off for six months, then the holidays hit and I have gained three/four pounds. I know that doesn't sound like much, but given that total weight loss was about 16 lbs, it's almost a 25% back slide, or something...

I've dropped about 90lbs by now and have no intention of ever putting that on again. D:

I know I'll have to be mindful of how much/what I eat for the rest of my life (not to mention working out) but I'm positive that I'll manage. After all I never saw this process as a diet but a change of habits. And I've changed so many habits over time, things I'll definitely continue doing in the future. I love my new habits way too much - and the way they make me feel. :D

But I also want to live again - by which I mean: eat chocolate every now and then. DefinitelyMaybe eat pizza (I ate pizza once last year, once - AND I F****G LOVE PIZZA *sobs*). Drink a glass of wine. Eat a piece of cake. I've done these things over the past two years but so rarely, I just want to 'sin' a little more often than I allow myself atm.

Anyway, I'm convinced that I won't have too much trouble keeping my new weight once I give up 'weight loss mode'. After all that's easier than losing the damn kilos! *shakes fist*

:D You can do it!

It's great that you are so motivated because you really do feel better!

I found maintenance mode to be very easy. I am not sure what happened to cause me to gain a few pounds. DH always says trips/vacations cause him to gain. Maybe that was part of the problem.
