Planning a fannish get together
Ok, I had a sudden urge to host a crafting + tea party for local fans. You don't have to like crafting or tea, well, yes, you do have to like tea because I have too much tea and I need to get rid of some of it. But, you don't have to like crafting. I just thought it might be fun to throw that in the mix.
So, possible dates for me are October 19 or October 26. I think I will attempt to get rid of my kids (ie, set up play dates for them elsewhere) for at least a couple hours so we can be relaxed. It would have to be afternoon. Like, starting at 3pm.
So, comment and tell me which date is better for you and I will see what I can put together!
Also, two of my three Yuletide noms are in! Eeeee. BBC Privates and Confessions of Dorian Gray. Maybe this means I'll rope
speakeasying into writing too. :D :D
