I'm about to post a snippet of my wing!fic to camelot_drabble because I have had zero time/energy to finish the damn thing:( I plan to work on it Friday and finish it up.
I attended Renaissance Day at DD1's school today. The kids traded goods they had made for the first portion (and then I left, expecting to have an hour to myself but my mom came in 20 minutes later. Oops.). I hit the library and went out for Vietnamese food with my mom (if anyone is in the area, The Four Sisters is amazing. MMMM. We ate the leftovers for dinner and DD2 was pissed that DH ate a bunch of the lemongrass beef I'd warmed up for her (granted, there wasn't a ton of meat there). We didn't have a lot of time before it was time to head back to school for the concert. Concert was nice. I thought the kids did a good job. We went to the bike store to look at bikes for DD1. (My mom and I went over there twice, actually.). Came home and ate dinner and rested and cleaned up in kitchen and then I made brownies and cornbread (in an attempt to make corn pone) and started kombucha (fermented tea). I am now in bed. I saved out one little brownie for myself which I will eat in a little bit and then hopefully I can get to bed early tonight.
