Finished quilts
OK, new strategy for those of you I've offered quilts to, here is what I'm going to do. I'm going to make quilts and then I will post with a picture and someone on the list who has not yet gotten one will have first dibs. If no one on the list wants one, I will open the offer to everyone reading. I discovered that I can send one of these little quilts to Australia for like $7 (including buying an envelope). Shipping in the US should be much cheaper. Is this making sense to people? I have made five and have fifteen people left on my official list.
In fandom news, you all should read junkshop_disco 's loveletter to fandom. In a word, yes. As I said to her, basically, fandom has allowed me to find my voice and having people hear me has been life altering. I think you guys have heard me say that before. I might have a big meta post brewing too, but that will wait until tomorrow. Is there something I was supposed to talk about that I haven't?:D <3 <3
