\o/ LOL. Well, drat. The trouble (for me) is that I've never had herb crusted capon and I want to describe Arthur enjoying the meal, so I'd prefer to serve him something I've actually eaten.
I think I'm writing about food too much lately, despite the fact that I haven't properly cooked anything in a while.
Also, this story is modern AU, so I'll consider my medieval chicken close enough:) (I've posted the recipe in the comments, if you are interested. It's quite easy to cook and very tasty.)
I'm sure herb crusted capon is very similar to medieval chicken. As for recipes, I don't cook. I set the stove on fire the day before I got married and that set the tone!
