Breaking rules

I want to write a story that breaks a rule or two.  Give me a rule or two that I can break:)  No promises about when I can write the story since I'm supposed to be painting a room with kids this week, but you know, it might happen anyway

lewisian_gneiss has suggested a Merlin 'verse in which Merlin never had magic. I'm playing with that idea.

*holds head at the thought of writing a story in two dimensions at the same time*
