Technical question about FrontPage
I have become the webmistress for a website that was set up in FrontPage (which no longer exists and has become something else, but that's another issue altogether).
The person who I'm inheriting this job from told me that I had to use FrontPage to maintain the website (we make monthly changes to a few files). The main problem is that we don't have a Windows machine; we run Linux.
What I'd like to know is do I really have to use FrontPage (or it's progeny (or whatever you call the subsequent thing?)) or can I use something else? If I can use something else, what is out there for a Linux system? I have only ever really coded my own html, so I don't know how these WSIWYG editors work (except for the one here on LJ:)).
