The weekend
Oh man. I got up at almost 10 yesterday, so that was like half the day right there. And we started making pizza around 3-4. And then we got the girls to bed and I went to bed at 9:15 (although not to sleep until much later). I got one load of laundry put away yesterday. So, yesterday was basically laundry and pizza.
Today I feel like I cleaned up the kitchen three times (maybe it was only two) and didn't do much else. I went to a fashion show of Carol Anderson clothing. Dang, her clothes are expensive and the stuff I was interested in didn't look that great on me (I didn't think). Plus, she doesn't have petites, so if you want something hemmed, guess what, you gotta hem it yourself. I don't hem stuff any more. Then I came home and cooked lamb sausages and dh cooked carrots and I made a salad dressing and we ate dinner and put the girls to bed. Now dh is organizing all our cd's and I'm thinking about going to bed (so I can read more of the newest Catherine Asaro book -- damn, is she brilliant).
Tomorrow is shaping up to be a little crazy (too much running around), but the week is somewhat mellow. Here's hoping!
