I have been a bit naughty lately. In case you were ever thinking "What is Jel listening to these days?", the answer is:
* Mott the Hoople - Greatest Hits - Coz Mark S, called Islands the indie MtH. I like "All the Way to Memphis"
* Sebastian Bach - Angel Down - I waited ages for this to arrive, and since then I've only listened to it once.
* The Gutter Twins - Saturnalia -It's the Dulli and Lanegan show! It sounds more like Afghan Whigs, which is a good thing.
* Casiotone for the Painfully Alone - The First Two Albums - beep beep
* Ayreon - 01011001 - Prog metal double album, with a million guest vocalists. Has a song about E=MC2. I like this one!
* Carrie Underwood - Carnival Ride - I like this one too.
* Midnattsol - Norweigen gothy metaly type stuff, only got yesterday.
* MGMT - Oracular Spectacular - I have mainly listened to this whilst reading comics, it's unintrusive.
* Merle Haggard - Best Of - I liked that song of his from the Pop Panel.
* Vampire Weekend - It sounds like Paul Simon and reminds me of the Great Gatsby
* Yes - Close the the Edge - Some of the rythmns are odd, but I like it.
* Big and Rich - Comin' to Your City - Not heard yet!
* Shelby Lynne - This is...- This might have been a mistake.
There you go, confessions of an accumulator.
