Oh wow, this is great. I love how Jon so obviously wants Brendon from the way you describe him looking at him, but we're in Brendon's head and can hear how unsure he is about the whole thing, because he probably wants it too much. It was a really unusual contrast, something that you don't usually get to see in this pairing.
