New Mod?

Unfortunately, I've been super inactive from fandom, which is why I did not run another JE/Kpop exchange. I likely will not organize another one, as I think it's weird for moral to have a mod who's not participating in the exchange.
So before I just abandon the exchange completely, I'd like to ask members if anyone is interested in taking over the exchange. If you are, please PM me the following information:
+ current/previous mod experiences (fic comms, exchanges, etc)
+ how comfortable you are with LJ layouts
+ what was your most adverse fic exchange experience? without getting into gory details (no names please), was it resolved to your satisfaction? why or why not? how do you think it could have been resolved as fair as possible for all parties involved?
*(I'm not trying to dig up wank. Don't name any names. I just want to know what happened, whether you were happy with the resolution, and possibly how would you have handled the situation?
+ what are the first three things you'd do if you were to mod this exchange?
I know I won't be winning any awards for my performance here, but I'd like to hand off the exchange to someone who will actively try to keep it running smoothly. I mean, what's the point of appointing a new mod if the exchange is going to stay dead, amirite?
