Behind every beautiful thing, there is some kind of pain...
Summer is almost at its end. I'm really going to miss living at home. I spent a lot of quality time with my family which is what I needed. I also spent a good amount of time with my girls. I'm sorry that I wasn't able to meet up with Megski. I was either working or on vacation up north when she had a day off of work.
I thought that a couple of friendships would get fixed by the end of the summer, but that didn't happen. I apologized, but I don't think she was thought it was very sincere. I guess I don't blame her, but it was over something so stupid. I miss her... My other friendship just vanished. His priorities changed and in the midst of everything he was gone. I tried to keep our friendship going, but it takes two to have and keep a friendship. Maybe he just didn't want it as much as I did. It's alright. I've accepted it. It's just a part of life.
I finished a lot of my packing today. I just have to pack my clothes and move my furniture out of my room that I'm taking back to school with me. It didn't take as long as I thought it would.
It's definitely an exciting week ahead...
Monday~ Lunch w/Kel and after work, I'm going with Trace to Lansing to use my Victoria Secret gift card!
Tuesday~ My aunt is taking me out to lunch since she won't be seeing me on my birthday.
Wednesday~ My last day at work! :) I'm really going to miss that place. Especially the great people that I worked with this summer. I def. learned a lot there this summer. Trace and Goob usually laugh when I try to enlighten them on some electric knowledge! LOL ;) I love ya girls.
Not to mention, my uncle from Florida flys in this week. I haven't seen him since spring break. Still wish that Desiree could just skip some school and come to visit. Maybe next summer, right Des?! :)
I can't wait to see Kt! I miss her so much!
