So Today I was just sitting outside on my porch playing some stuff on my guitar when this guy passed by down stairs and stopped to listen.
He looked up and asked me if I knew Any Jewel songs and I answered back that I did and asked which one he wanted to hear. He said suprise me. So I began to play "Who Will Save your soul" and I was singing and he asked if he could come up jam with me. I was kinda iffy at first but then once he got his guitar out of his car, I was like...yeah that's cool.
So he came up and we were sitting on the porch and we were playing random songs and laughing and talking and he said that he was looking for some female artists to go on tour with him and a couple other bands. I was like.."Yeah right" and he said no, I'm serious. Well I said that even though I would love to do that, I have very little of my own writings done and no band. He said not to worry that he'd take care of it.
I sat in shock for a moment or two. Then his cell phone rang and he said "excuse me a minute"
about 10 minutes later he asked me if I wanted to come down to his house where he owned a recording studio and meet some of the other bands. So I called Jon and told him to meet me over there. I didn't want to go alone.
So I followed him to his house and Jon soon arrived. We were sitting in the living room talking and he said, "lets go downstairs and you can meet some of the other people who will be touring"
So we walked down into this huge basement studio (I almost fell over)
