whiney onion smells and kindness

my eyes are stinging from the four zillion onions i just chopped up with the crazy lethal cleaver that does not like me. artboy & i got back back around 6pm from hanging up in SLO with his family all weekend and we awoke with colds. the both of us. i do nto want a cold. i cannot have a cold. i have major papers to write this week, a weekend class that CANNOT be missed and a storytime disccussion to lead tomorrow. plus, i just, just, just got the sniffer ack and there is no way my doc will give me more prednisone ot fix it up. i kinda really enjoy having a working sniffer. it makes life more enjoyable.. the jasmine is in bloom and the house is all stinking with onion smell and it is a good thing. it really is. so, i just got back from the market and i am going to make up a carmelized onion veggie soup. i will drink mug after, orla mug of hot apple cider vinegar with honey and pray to the sniffer gods to keep me healthy and smelling.

i have a question for anyone who may be reading this. i need help on a school project. i have to create social change. i can;t just step out with an idea to make the world a more conscious place. i have to have a conversation or two or three or four to create a project for social change. i am very intimidated by this. everyone at my school and i'm sure most colleges goes for the academic throat. you know what i mean. they get all lofty and create non-profits that feed the homeless and such. it's a great and grand thing it is but i want to change the world by smiling. i'm thinking of the internet and blogging and the sharing of our experiences and how we feel less alone when we blog. i'm thinking of random acts of kindness and what it means to put good out into the world. one kind turn to turn another. what do you think? do you think i'm in dreamland or do you think i can pull this off. can we pull this off? can we, together come up with a movement of sorts to change the world? can we piggyback with the toy society or raoks or 1000 journals projects? what can we do to create change? to keep us connected? to keep us joyful?
